This initial consult is a personable sit down to talk about where you’re at in your current journey and your goals of where you want to be. Never rushed, never double booked, with 60 minutes just for you. This consultation includes:
- Establishing care
- Reviewing personal history
- Reviewing family history
- Consultation about weight loss options at DRIP
- Discussing and reviewing risks and benefits of each option
- Review of recent blood work if performed and up to date by your PCP
- We can also update your blood work for you here at DRIP, as we are a draw station for HealthLab (insurance accepted for labs)
- Determining plan of care
