Frequently Asked questions

These are the most commonly asked questions regarding IV Therapy and DRIP IV Nutrition & Aesthetics. If you do not see your question here, feel free to contact us and ask your question there.

  • According to studies, fewer than 15% of vitamins you swallow are absorbed.

Oral supplementation may not be very effective for some people for various reasons. Some chronic reasons may include malabsorption issues, genetics, poor gut health, history of certain intestinal or stomach surgeries, just to name a few.

There are certainly some acute reasons why people can’t tolerate or absorb these things, like vomiting/food poisoning, morning sickness, etc.

With IV hydration and supplements, we just bypass the gut altogether. With an IV infusion, your body has 100% absorption of the vitamins and nutrients ready for your body’s use immediately.

There’s no wait time, and the benefits of IV therapy are immediate. There aren’t many things in life that make you feel better almost immediately. IV and vitamin infusions are one of them.

  • Just about everyone can benefit from our IV hydration and vitamin infusions. Specifically, individuals who may benefit from IV Therapy are individuals looking for solutions to these issues/physical disruptions:

Each chart is carefully reviewed to ensure that IV Therapy is the safe and appropriate route for each patient.

Once you show up on your scheduled appointment date, your vitals are taken for another added safety measure.

All questions are warmly welcomed before, during, and after treatment, as we want to ensure you feel safe and satisfied.

  • Absolutely, staying hydrated is crucial to your health and performance.

75% of adults live with chronic dehydration and suffer the consequences of it daily.

Moderate hydration can lead to brain fog, cognitive decline, decreased energy levels, mood disturbances, headaches, and much more. Severe dehydration can be fatal within a few days.

Your body cannot function with an “empty tank.” Fill your “tank” with us here at DRIP and unlock peak performance.

  • Most people can safely complete IV therapy every other week. This can vary depending on the patient's situation and medical history.

Many people regularly schedule appointments to ensure their hydration and peak performance. In contrast, others get one and maintain it independently after discovering what hydration can do for them.

Everybody is different, and our team can help you determine your best treatment plan.

  • We do not currently take insurance for our IV Therapy. Supplements are not considered FDA-approved. In addition, IV therapy in this setting is also considered “not medically necessary,” although we beg to differ.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, DRIP gift cards, and Health Savings Accounts(HSA) for all our services, including IV therapy and aesthetics.

While we try to make our services affordable to everyone, we would also be happy to work with an individual regarding cost.

We don’t want people to miss out on the self-care they deserve just for financial reasons.

  • Our services are by appointment only. While we would do our best to accommodate you if it happened, it’s not always possible. Our nurses and aestheticians work different days & different hours. Our aesthetic doesn’t do medical services like Botox and IVs and our nurses don’t do some things the aesthician does. So it’s always best to have an appointment scheduled in advance. It’s always in everyones best interest for your intake paperwork to be completed prior to your scheduled appt as you may not be a candidate for a certain service based on your medical history. Having an appt scheduled ensure out medical director can review your medical records and make sure your service is a safe and reasonable option for you here at Drip.

  • We charge a $50 ‘did not show’ fee. A small business like ours, relies on people rendering services and then paying for that scheduled service. If you schedule an appt and then cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for that service that financially hurts small businesses like ours. If given the courtesy of canceling in ample time, that slot could’ve been filled by someone who would have ultimately showed for their appt and paid for their services, which helps keep our doors open.

If you end up not showing x 3 we will kindly ask for you to choose to do your services elsewhere and can even help refer you to someone depending on your needs :)
